Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Shree Maruti Tour and Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Booking and Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
- You must provide accurate information during booking
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Booking confirmation will be sent via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Payment Terms
- Payment can be made in cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or online transfer
- For outstation trips, an advance payment may be required
- Final payment should be made at the end of the trip
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- GST and other applicable taxes are included in the quoted price
- Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, waiting time, tolls, and parking
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation charge
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund and full charges applicable
Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or alternative arrangements will be made.
Vehicle Usage and Restrictions
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed in vehicles
- Passengers must not damage or soil the vehicle
- Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited
- Driver has the right to refuse service if rules are violated
Driver and Service Guidelines
- All drivers are licensed and experienced professionals
- Drivers will follow traffic rules and safety regulations
- Route decisions are at the driver's discretion for safety
- Drivers are not responsible for passenger belongings
- Tipping drivers is appreciated but not mandatory
Liability and Insurance
- All vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- Passengers travel at their own risk
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
- Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by them
Additional Charges
- Extra kilometers beyond package limits
- Extra hours beyond package time
- Night charges (11 PM to 6 AM)
- Toll charges, parking fees, and entry tickets
- Interstate permit charges
- Waiting charges after free waiting time
- Cleaning charges if vehicle is soiled
Customer Responsibilities
- Be present at pickup location on time
- Provide accurate contact information
- Inform us of any changes or delays
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Follow all rules and guidelines
- Report any issues immediately
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, government actions, or pandemics.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
